Submitting music

When you submit a demo through this site, you confirm that:

• The music is your original work, and you own or control the rights to it.
• Submitting it does not violate any agreement you have with another party (a label, publisher, manager, or platform).
• You are granting Ghost District Records permission to listen to, evaluate, and discuss the music internally — nothing more. No release rights are transferred by submitting a demo.
• Any release requires a separate, signed agreement between you and the label.

No guarantee of release or response

We listen to every demo, but submitting one does not guarantee a release, a reply, or any ongoing relationship. We aim to respond to submissions that fit the label's direction.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (Spotify, SoundCloud, social platforms). Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave our site.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost District Records is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
